• Provide experiences that challenge individuals to grow both personally and professionally.
  
• Offer Westby Area Schools an outstanding venue for school performances.
  
• Present workshops, clinics, and master classes where people can learn.
  
• Encourage the development of new works and compositions.
  
• Create a home for the creative spirit.
  

Goal Four:  Encourage Public Participation and Involvement

• Promote audience growth and development.
  
• Create and maintain an active presence in the immediate and surrounding communities.
  
• Develop relationships with leaders of the surrounding communities.
  
• Provide opportunities that attract performers and audiences to the Performing Arts Center.
  
• Create a Friends of the Performing Arts Center Organization to provide feedback and to take the message to the street.
  

Goal Five:  Assure Fiscal Vitality and Viability

• Provide for long-term growth and stability by building relationships and support.
  
• Raise the needed capital to build a Performing Arts Center.
  
• Create an endowment to sustain the Center
